- CONDITIONS OF SALE AND WARRANTY
All products sold at eliotisperle.it/com are covered by a certificate of uniqueness and warranty, which covers any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within 1 month from the date of delivery of the goods. The prices for all products are already inclusive of VAT. Any currency change will be referred to the exchange market rate at the moment of the purchasing.
Eliotis Perle replace or repair, free of charge, any item damaged as a result of production, up to 1 month from the date of the original purchase. Please keep your order invoice/confirmation or give it to the gift recipient (where appropriate) as it serves as the original proof of purchase. Wear and tear due to improper use and oxidation is not covered by the warranty.
- WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
Shipping is insured by our courier (deliveries in Italy and throughout the world). As soon as the product is shipped, Eliotis Perle will send you a confirmation email, accompanied by a tracking number for your package. You will be able to monitor the various phases of shipping, step-by-step, up until delivery of the package.
All our products are insured against loss up to their delivery. If a package should be lost, we will immediately proceed to the shipment of the same product, once the loss has been formalised (in the event that it is unavailable, we will contact you). Delivery times should take into account the time taken for the production of the jewellery and delivery times of the courier.
Once a shipment has been initiated, our courier will normally carry out the delivery in Italy within the following 48/72 working hours with the exception of remote locations and smaller islands. Eliotis Perle cannot be held responsible for any delays by couriers.
Free delivery: Eliotis Perle is pleased to offer free delivery for all orders equal to or over 300,00 EURO.
- CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS
– Product returns are accepted for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery of the product.
– Products returned must be in perfect condition and suitable for resale.
– Contact us by email in order to inform us of the return. We will respond to you as soon as possible.
– Please attach your details (name, surname) and the payment receipt to the return.
– Please send all the received contents (jewellery, box, certificate, any free gift).
– In all cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
– Please take all necessary precautions to ensure completion of the delivery. Eliotis Perle will not be liable for any loss or degradation of the product.
From outside of Italy:
Customers from outside of Italy have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt of goods. The return shipment is the responsibility of the customer and any cost for custom clearance (for customers residing outside of the European Union) will be deducted from the final refund.
Eliotis Perle offers the following payment methods depending on your preferences :
- Bank transfer
We accept advance bank transfer as a method of payment. Bank transfer is quick and secure. The delivery of ordered items (if available immediately) will take place as soon as the actual credit of the total sum is verified, an operation that usually requires 24 / 48 hours. The data to enable the transfer to be carried out will be communicated within the summary email for the relevant order.

For transfers outside of Italy:
BIC Receiving bank (SWIFT): UNCRITMM Beneficiary bank: FEBIITM1
For payments outside of Italy you must provide both BIC (SWIFT) codes, as indicated above.
In the event that it is only possible to indicate one code, that of the receiving bank should be communicated: UNCRITMM and if the sender’s bank requires a code made up of 11 characters, XXX should be added to the code.
