CURRENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR GEMMOLOGICAL CERTIFICATION DOCUMENTS DRAWN UP BY THE ELIOTIS WORKSHOP

Customers or users of the products or certification documents, issued in paper or electronic format by the Eliotis workshop, declare to have read, understood, and accepted, without any exception, the following terms and conditions that govern the issuance of said documents.

All qualitative certification and assessment documents are drawn up and signed-off by graduate gemmology experts at the CISGEM institute of Milan.

The entire process of analysis and certification is carried out in compliance with international law, by adopting the highest professional standards, using technologically advanced gemmological equipment, and operating with a deep sense of ethics and professionalism.

In relation to the inherent subjectivity of technical reviews and assessments in the field of gemstones and jewellery, the ELIOTIS workshop and each of its representatives, cannot be held responsible, neither for any differences in data or opinions that may emerge from the repetition of the same examinations by a third party, or from the application of different investigative methods, nor for any actions of legal character that may arise in relation to the contents of the qualitative certification or assessment documents drawn up by the ELIOTIS gemmological workshop.

All documents of qualitative certification drawn up by the ELIOTIS workshop are the exclusive independent judgement of the ELIOTIS workshop.

The quantification of the assessment, if present on the analysis document, exclusively represents indicative data prepared by the analyst exposed to fluctuations linked to changing market conditions.

The reproduction of any analysis document issued by the ELIOTIS gemmological workshop is prohibited, unless express permission has been granted by the holder.

All disputes will be exclusively dealt with by the court which has jurisdiction over the area in which the registered offices of the ELIOTIS workshop are located.
